A sojourn at the Science History Institute in Philadelphia

Sarah has been named a 2025-2026 Haas Fellow at the Science History Institute in Philadelphia. She’ll be digging into the history of smell, looking at eras when perfume was prescribed to cure illness as well as the 20th century development of synthetic odors for processed food.
